Renovation Guide
As with every project the scope and detail varies. Please use this as a guideline with the understanding that just as your project is unique to you, the steps taken may vary to suit the specific needs for each client.
We begin your renovation project by introducing ourselves to you at an initial site meeting to discuss your needs, expectations and budget. To help you decide if we are the right contractor for you, we will provide references and visit past projects to show you our high standard of craftsmanship.
Depending on the scope and size of the project that would determine what our next step would be. For the larger renovations our design services may be required to create a concept drawing.
Once the concept drawing has received your final approval a detailed quote with specifications and allowances is presented. Upon approval of that quote a formal contract would be signed. Once the detailed contract is signed, it governs the work. The major work begins as scheduled. Completion dates may be extended due to additional requests or design changes you may make along the way.
Throughout the project, from beginning to end, we are available to communicate on a daily basis. We know that a smoothly run renovation completed on schedule is our common goal.
